Caf'écolo offers a 2-year guarantee on your product. Therefore, if one of our Caf'écolo capsules is defective, we will replace it immediately with a brand new, equivalent product.

Simply contact our team at contact@cafecolo.com and forward us your initial order confirmation email. Our system will then allow us to retrieve your order and contact information, and replace your products in no time.
