Can I buy just one capsule, or is it better to have the whole pack?

You can only buy one capsule, but if this is your first order or a gift, we recommend purchasing a pack with a metal capsule + a metal tamper. Not only is it more economical, but the results are better.

Which machines is the capsule compatible with?

You can find details of compatible machines on each of the product pages. But the easiest way is to do our quick test to find the reusable Cafécolo capsules compatible with your coffee machine .

How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship it 1 to 2 days after you place your order. After that, the delivery time varies between 5 and 14 days, depending on your address and the postal service in the region. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order, step by step, via email.

Is your packaging recyclable?

In principle, our packaging is indeed recyclable on certain products, notably Nespresso capsules.
