Cafecolo ships its capsules worldwide! We offer an international shipping option with delivery tracking for every order.
Shipping cost:
Cafecolo is committed to offering you free delivery; it's our motto. This only applies to our standard delivery method.
Shipping time:
Since we ship worldwide, estimated delivery times vary from country to country. Delivery typically takes between 7 and 14 business days. Please feel free to contact us if you haven't received any updates about your package after 21 days.
Feel free to contact us by email at contact@cafecolo.com if you wish to reduce the delivery time with "express" delivery (additional charges apply).
Packaging :
As our name suggests, we aim to change mindsets and protect our planet. In principle, our packaging is recyclable for some products, particularly Nespresso capsules. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, our supplier has experienced significant difficulties, and for a short period, we cannot guarantee delivery of the product in this packaging.
Processing time:
The processing time (i.e. the time elapsed between when an order is placed and when it is shipped) is 24/72 working hours.
Restrictions:
To ship an order to South Korea, we need your tax and customs identification number. If you forget to include it in your address, your order will be delayed, as we will need to contact you.
Responsibility :
All our orders will be delivered by your national postal service (La Poste in France, Royal Mail in the UK, etc.). We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- a customs delay
- strikes
- weather conditions
- an error in your address during the order
- if no one is there to receive the order (even if someone was there but the delivery person says otherwise)
