Very easy to use. You just need a fine grind, otherwise it gets stuck, fill the capsule to the maximum and pack well so that the coffee has taste. Wash with clean water. First of all, it's an excellent idea!… I admit that I was scared the very first time because I had to force a bit to insert the stainless steel capsule. But it works!… it just takes a little getting used to inserting and receiving the capsule, and the dosage of ground coffee according to individual tastes. It's a real liberation from the Nespresso brainwashing that plunges you into absurd dilemmas when you have to choose from dozens of different capsules, each more attractive than the next!… On the other hand, as you can see on the photo, I was supposed to receive 3 capsules, I only received 2… And finally, the price is a real obstacle to the purchase!…

Quality product, delivery ok Really happy to have found an alternative to disposable capsules without parting with my nespresso. To make your coffee a success, you will have to find the right tamping and the right coffee. After a few decent but not perfect tries, we found the coffee to be on top with Malongo suprêmo ground coffee (the gold box) and a really tight tamp. We haven't tried the coffee bean yet. It will take a fine grind which the grinder seems to do. To find the right packing we took the coffee out of a disposable capsule to see how much they put. Impossible to put as much but it will give you a good idea of the quantities and packing. Personally I am delighted
